Payment

Caltura Plaza takes UPI or Cash on Delivery, both in Indian Rupees (INR). Two routes, no processing fee, and no payment credential of yours held anywhere on our side.

UPI

Select UPI at checkout and approve the collect request in the app you already use — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank’s own. Authorisation happens inside that app, on your device. We see only that it succeeded, and the order moves to the packing bench from there.

Cash on Delivery

Choose Cash on Delivery and settle with the courier at the door. Having the amount ready helps, as riders rarely carry change for a large note. COD covers most serviceable PIN codes; a few remote routes and very high-value orders are prepaid-only, and checkout tells you which applies before you confirm.

What we do not accept

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any wallet other than UPI, and no such option will appear at our checkout. We never ask for, take or store a card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. If a page, call or message claiming to be us asks you to pay another way or to share those details, it is not us — treat it as fraud and tell us at [email protected].

Tax and invoices

Listed prices include any tax that applies. We operate below the GST registration threshold for individual sellers, so nothing is added as GST and no GST invoice is issued; a plain sale invoice is in the parcel. If your workshop needs a GST input credit, please buy from a registered dealer instead — we would rather tell you now than at accounts closing.

Shipping shown before you pay

Free from ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹79 on the order as a whole. The figure sits on the cart page, so the amount you approve in your UPI app — or hand over at the door — is the final amount. No convenience fee, no COD handling fee.

When a payment does not complete

A failed UPI request creates no order. If money left your account and the confirmation still failed, banks reverse it automatically in nearly every case within a few working days. Send the UPI reference and we will confirm from our side whether anything reached us.

Refunds

UPI payments go back to the same handle. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by direct bank transfer once you share the account details. Cancellation refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days; refunds on returned goods follow the Refund and Returns Policy.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection and payment is authorised by your UPI provider, not by us. We hold no payment credentials at all, so there is nothing on our side to lose.
