Caltura Plaza is a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, operating online as Caltura Plaza (calturaplaza.shop). We sell measuring tools — digital and vernier calipers, laser distance meters and angle gauges — listed by the three numbers that decide whether an instrument is any use to you.

Why the listings read like a spec sheet
Anyone who has bought a caliper online in India knows the pattern: four photographs, the words “high precision”, and not a single number that means anything. Resolution gets confused with accuracy, a 0.01 mm display is sold as 0.01 mm capability, and the words “professional grade” do the work that a tolerance figure should be doing.
We started this shop to list the boring numbers instead. Every product page carries the measuring range, the display resolution and the maker’s stated accuracy, plus the units it switches between and whether it is sealed against coolant. If a supplier cannot tell us the accuracy figure for an instrument, we do not list the instrument — which is why the catalogue here is short and why there is nothing on it described as “precision” without a number beside the word.

Honest about calibration
We do not issue calibration certificates and do not claim traceable calibration. If your work needs it, we say so before you buy, not after.

Fitted case taped shut, boxed with fill, never a padded envelope. Damage on arrival is settled on your unboxing video within 48 hours.
Our commitment
We would rather lose the sale than oversell a tolerance.
If an instrument will not hold zero inside the return window, that is a defect and we replace it at our cost. Returns can be raised within 10 days of delivery and approved refunds are processed within 6 business days. What we will not do is imply a warranty or a certificate that does not exist — there is no six-month cover here, only honest returns and honest specifications.
Online-only, shipped from Jaipur
Caltura Plaza is an online-only business with no trade counter, no showroom and no repair bench — we do not calibrate, adjust or service instruments sent to us. Orders are placed on this website, packed at our unit in Jaipur, Rajasthan and shipped across India through Delhivery / DTDC, reaching most metro addresses in 2–4 business days.
