    What to include, so one reply is enough

    • Before you buy: what you are measuring, the tolerance you have to hold, and whether the instrument will see coolant or site dust. That is enough for us to name the right model — or to tell you nothing in our range covers it.
    • About an order: the order number, and the PIN code if it is a delivery question.
    • Damaged on arrival: the unboxing video, within 48 hours of delivery. On that clip we replace or refund at our cost under the Refund and Returns Policy.
    • Zeroing problems: tell us what you did before writing — wiped the faces, closed the jaws with light pressure, pressed zero. It saves a round trip.

    What we cannot help with

    We do not calibrate, certify, adjust or repair instruments, including ones bought here. If an instrument fails inside the 10 days return window we replace it rather than fix it; beyond that, an accredited calibration laboratory is the right place to go.

    Messages arriving in working hours are usually answered the same day and always within one working day. Anything sent on a Sunday or public holiday is picked up the next working morning. Orders are packed in 1 business day and shipped from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
